HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Are my emotions asleep?
Are my emotions awake?
How long does it take?
How long is forever?
How long is a moment?
How long is an instant?
How long is a flash?
a flash of lightning
a flash of insight
a blinding flash
a flashlight lighting darkness
Something is waiting
Something is breaking
Something is melting
like ice in spring
the ice on the lake
protecting the lake underneath
cracks and sinks
water is seen
It's always been there
underneath the ice
ice thin
ice thick
Now
ice broken, sinking
melting
Is it an awakening?
It is a change
Before sliding on the surface
the riches within
Now swimming
nothing solid
Am I a lake?
I don't know
I feel changes within
