One
of the greatest things,
for me, is reaching people.
And one of the greatest things
about the web is that
it can be a place
for many people
to reach each other.
Hope you've gotten
something from my works.

This
is the place
where the words,
"in my own,
my chosen home"
came to me.
They came right after
I'd had friends over
for the first time -
for a whole weekend of work
on a creative project.
So in a deep way,
my home only became
my home
after I had shared it.
In a similar way,
like so many of us,
to be fully at home
in my life,
I need to share
my ideas,
stories,
music,
songs,
images
with you -
and I need to hear
from you.
Your ideas,
your creativity.
Contact, sharing,
exchange,
interchange.
Flourishing
from deep inside
through
the interchange.
That's
why, in fact,
I'm just now
(July 2007)
in the process
of buildling
a web home space
for many
creative people.
A place
for their works.
A place
to meet
other
creative people.
And
a "creativity match"
space,
where people
can try
to find a match
to complete
pieces.
ELSA
My
father
would have loved this site,
and would have loved
to be part of it.
He
would also have loved
a site of his own -
so much written,
so many experiences
vividly alive in his writings,
so little out in the world.
In
the meantime,
this is a big messy site,
so many facets
just coming together -
with room for him
as well as me.
The barrier now has been
time - so much to do.
And so I tell him
in my head,
wait, as you waited
so long in your life
for someone to come
and give you a hand,
do what you could not do,
find a way of getting
your works into the world.
