Love of cats, love for cats, large cat families.
Many cats. Is this just for cat nuts?
11 cats - and loving it
I know the image. Pathetic home oozing with the smell of cat urine,
animal shelter workers coming to rescue the poor mangy felines.
My reality is different: 11 cats, each individual -
including one cat who is a social worker, another who is blind -
and no cat pee smell.
Instead, we share our (relatively tidy) home with 11 cats,
ranging in age from 11 years to 4 months, and 2 dogs.
One crucial component: a fabulous kitty litter box. Magic!
(Why should 11 cats smell up a place? 11 people don't -
though they're much bigger than 11 cats,
with far bigger waste deposits.)
Another crucial component: we take pleasure in
Scruffers, Ollio, Mama Cat
(yes - all the cats are neutered,
but she didn't start out that way),
Madame, TiNoir, TiChat, TeeDee,
Persia, the Scaredy Cat Princess,
ZonZon, and Timothy Cat.
Time to have shows on
Emotionally Healthy People
with Large Pet Families.
