A few days ago, loneliness. Today, joy. A song came to me, a love song.
Do You Long For Me Tenderly
I can hear it in my head, and I've sung it, over and over -
do you long for me tenderly

long for my caress
do you long for me tenderly
do you long for my tenderness
Those aren't the exact words - but those are the words going through my head right now.
Most, it's not the song or any idea. It's joy.
What's changed?
I don't know exactly. I know what I want is for the feelings to flow, and for me to feel their flow. They're not random. Loss and hurt - there's sadness. But I know I care for the feelings to move, to flow.
I saw a friend - and felt part of her was stuck.
I don't know what's next, but I want the freedom for my feelings to flow.
And today, joy - glimmerings of joy, anyway.
