MY YEAR OF LIVING DANGEROUSLY?

This is, sort of, my year of living dangerously. Sort of: I can go back to teaching next year, if I want to. I can also take another year off. So it's, on the work front, living dangerously with a safety net.

On all kinds of edges. The creativity site - up more than 25% these past 6 weeks. (Of course it's still not making any money, as there's nothing on it for anyone to buy! - not even ads.)

And so much more. So very much. Life is changing.

THINGS CHANGE, STAY THE SAME

Things change - the colors are changing day by day. Things change - Timothy Cat is back. Timothy Cat - a stray I would love to take in, and who would love to come in - butwhile he is nice to people and our big dog, he has not done well with the cats (one at a time) when I tried him with them). I'm not willing to have my cats terrorized.

Things stay the same. Curiosity. Interest. Desire. Hope. Reaching.

Things change. Life. Love. Everything.

Things stay the same. Desire to have things come together.

Things change?

A new day. Time for coffee and breakfast, for wood in the furnace, for the day with so many hopes and desires.

What I feel is that 2-sided thing: the changing, getting further, and then that other more stable side of life, though there too there are changes. Always that reaching and trying to get things better, fuller, more alive - as also life keeps going by.
